Starting point
An event series needs more than an announcement page. Dates and line-ups have to go online quickly, tickets should be sold without detouring through a third-party platform, and admission control has to work in seconds even when many guests arrive at once. At the same time the organiser wants to maintain everything without needing a developer for every change.
Solution
The result is a platform made of four parts that work together:

Admin area
Create events, maintain line-up and texts, set prices, keep an eye on sales: a dedicated backend with extensive settings the organiser operates without technical help.

Ticketing system
In-house sales, independent of ticket platforms. Every ticket carries a unique code; sold and redeemed tickets are traceable at any time.

Admission app
A dedicated Android app for validating tickets at the door: check the code, confirm validity, rule out double use. A glance at the screen instead of a guest list on paper.
Outcome
The organiser has announcement, sales, data and admission in one hand. No dependency on ticket platforms, no commission per ticket sold, and at the door a scan decides instead of a discussion. New events are online within minutes.
